Companies with Pro or Business plans automatically receive the "Verified Company" badge next to their name, conveying more trust to candidates and highlighting their jobs on the platform.

Yes. On Pro and Business plans, you can mark jobs as confidential. The company name will be hidden in listings and job details, appearing as "Confidential Company" to candidates.

All plans offer click tracking. The Free plan shows an anonymous counter. Basic offers analytics with 30-day data. Pro and Business offer advanced analytics with 90-day history, including views, apply button clicks, and demographic data.

Applications occur on the external site indicated in each job — you provide the application URL when posting. Account holders may optionally upload a resume at /account/profile for the Match Score; that data stays in their account and is not shared with advertising companies.
