1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website https://www.findjobhere.com ("FindJobHere", "Platform", "we"), you agree in full to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision, we recommend that you do not use the site.

FindJobHere reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

FindJobHere is a job portal that aggregates opportunities from various sources and also allows employers to post jobs directly. The service includes:

  • For job seekers: free search and viewing of jobs, informational content about the job market, email alerts, salary research, a free account with saved jobs, local application tracking, AI-powered Match Score, and notifications about compatible opportunities.
  • For employers: job posting with an external application link, subscription plans (Free, Basic, Pro, and Business) with visibility features (featured placement, top of category, premium section), aggregated performance analytics, verified company badge, confidential postings, and job distribution to the candidate base (without access to candidates' personal data).

FindJobHere acts as an information intermediary and does not directly participate in hiring processes. Actual applications occur on the employer's or source platform's website. Responsibility for the accuracy of job information lies exclusively with the advertising company or original source.

3. Use of the Platform

FindJobHere is intended for job seekers looking for employment opportunities and employers wishing to post jobs. By using the Platform, you agree to provide truthful information when requested and not to use the service for unlawful purposes.

3.1. Terms for Employers

Employers using the Platform to post jobs agree to the following additional terms:

  • Posted jobs must contain truthful and current information about the offered position.
  • The application URL must direct to a legitimate hiring process page.
  • It is prohibited to post fraudulent, discriminatory, or jobs that violate US labor laws.
  • Available plans are: Free (1 active job, 30 days), Basic ($19/month, 5 jobs, 30 days), Pro ($39/month, 15 jobs, 45 days), and Business ($59/month, unlimited jobs, 60 days), with additional features as described on the plans page.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly via credit card, processed by Stripe. Cancellation can be done at any time without penalty, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Plan-linked features (featured placement, top of category, verified badge, confidential posting) are automatically applied during the subscription period and removed upon downgrade or cancellation.
  • When using the candidate distribution feature, the employer sees only the total number of recipients — they have no access to emails, names, or other personal data of candidates.
  • Jobs marked as confidential hide the company name in listings and job detail pages.
  • FindJobHere reserves the right to remove jobs or suspend employer accounts that violate these Terms.

3.2. Terms for Job Seekers

Job seekers who create a free account agree to the following additional terms:

  • Accounts are created via social login (Google or LinkedIn) and are free for job seekers.
  • Applications to jobs occur on the external site indicated in each posting — FindJobHere only records the local tracking you choose to do.
  • Resume upload and Match Score usage are optional and use artificial intelligence to generate informational compatibility analyses.
  • It is prohibited to use job information or Platform content for purposes other than job seeking, including collecting or commercializing third-party data.
  • You can delete your account and data at any time at /account/profile.

4. Acceptable Use

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

  • Collect data from other users without consent.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the site in an abusive manner or extract content in bulk.
  • Attempt to access restricted areas or compromise Platform security.
  • Use the Platform for purposes other than searching or posting jobs.
  • Charge any fees from job seekers on behalf of FindJobHere.

5. Job Content

Jobs displayed on the Platform originate from external sources — including Indeed, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor (via collection partners) — or are posted directly by registered employers.

  • Descriptions may be enriched by artificial intelligence for greater clarity, without altering the essence of the opportunity.
  • Each job indicates the original source and directs to the corresponding application URL.
  • FindJobHere reserves the right to remove jobs that violate these Terms or that receive substantiated complaints.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform content — including brand, layout, text, source code, logos, and visual elements — is the property of FindJobHere or their respective owners and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Job listing content remains the property of the respective original advertisers.

7. Limitation of Liability

FindJobHere:

  • Does not guarantee the truthfulness, currency, or accuracy of jobs posted by third parties.
  • Is not responsible for hiring or termination decisions resulting from use of the Platform.
  • Is not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from temporary service unavailability.
  • Does not guarantee employment or results in hiring processes.
  • The Match Score is informational and does not substitute human evaluation by recruiters or employers.
  • External links (application sites, advertising companies) have their own policies — we recommend reviewing them before providing personal data.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

The handling of personal data by FindJobHere is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms of Use.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy, in compliance with applicable US privacy laws including the CCPA/CPRA and CAN-SPAM Act.

9. Reports and Content Removal

If you identify fraudulent jobs, inappropriate content, or violations of these Terms, contact us through our Contact page or by email at contact@findjobhere.com. We will review the report and take appropriate action.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
