About the Role
Wellington Management is seeking an Accountant to support global accounting activities within our investment management organization. In this role, you’ll help ensure accurate financial reporting and support strong accounting practices that align with our long-term, client-focused culture.
Responsibilities
- Assist with global accounting processes and support accurate period-end reporting
- Maintain and review accounting records to ensure completeness and compliance
- Support reconciliations and investigate variances to maintain data integrity
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial close and reporting needs
Requirements
- Experience in accounting with exposure to financial reporting and reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with complex data
- Proficiency with accounting tools and spreadsheets
- Excellent communication skills to partner across teams
