About the Role
Roku is looking for an Ad Operations Associate to support sponsorship ad campaigns within our advertising ecosystem. Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day sponsorship ad operations to ensure campaigns are set up and run smoothly
- Coordinate with internal teams to track campaign status, troubleshoot issues, and resolve operational questions
- Help maintain accurate campaign documentation and support reporting needs
- Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and reliability for ad delivery
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with campaign data
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Basic understanding of digital advertising operations and delivery concepts (experience with ad trafficking is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
