About the Role
Profound is building the marketing platform for the AI era—helping brands understand how AI tools represent them and giving teams the ability to act on that intelligence. As more customers rely on ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini to guide purchasing decisions, we help brands turn AI visibility into measurable growth.
In this Ads Solutions Manager role, you’ll partner with brands running campaigns through Ads Studio, our paid visibility product built on top of our organic visibility platform.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with advertising stakeholders to understand goals, audiences, and campaign performance needs
- Support campaign setup and optimization for Ads Studio to improve visibility and outcomes
- Translate customer feedback into actionable recommendations and improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly
- Help drive adoption of Ads Studio by demonstrating value and best practices
Requirements
- Experience managing or supporting digital advertising campaigns (paid search, display, or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with customers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with marketing technology or analytics tools is a plus
