About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on AI Program Manager to lead delivery of agentic AI initiatives, with a focus on ADO dashboard operations and client-facing execution. You’ll combine program management discipline with a strong technical foundation across LLM architectures and LangGraph/LangMem-based systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage program execution end-to-end, including deliverables, milestones, timelines, and cost tracking
- Drive client engagement and support strategic planning with clear communication and analytical reporting
- Assess risks in advance and define mitigation plans to keep delivery on track
- Operate and maintain ADO dashboard workflows to monitor progress and performance
- Collaborate on agentic AI application design and implementation using LangGraph and LangMem
- Coordinate technical and operational stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and outcomes are measurable
Requirements
- Strong program management experience with a hands-on technical background
- Good understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks (LangGraph, LangMem)
- Experience building or supporting agentic AI applications in real-world settings
- Knowledge of private equity fund operations, accounting, and financial automation is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate and align stakeholders
