About the Role
Applaudo is seeking an AI QA Engineer who uses AI-driven testing to improve software quality and speed up delivery. In this role, you’ll build intelligent, agentic testing workflows that combine QA automation expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI testing platforms.
You’ll work closely with engineering teams to design test strategies, automate quality checks, and continuously refine approaches as new AI capabilities emerge.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered and agentic testing solutions to increase coverage and reliability.
- Develop automated test frameworks and integrate them with AI/LLM-based testing workflows.
- Collaborate with engineers to define quality goals, testing approaches, and success metrics.
- Continuously improve test strategy by analyzing results and iterating on automation and AI techniques.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI testing tools and technologies that enhance engineering productivity.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in QA Automation or Quality Engineering.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI-powered testing and/or agentic workflows.
- Strong understanding of software testing practices and automation fundamentals.
- Experience working with LLMs in testing or automation contexts (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
