About the Role
MidPen is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support the financial and operational oversight of our affordable housing portfolio. In this role, you’ll help analyze property performance, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to long-term stewardship of communities that serve working families, seniors, and individuals with special needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist with asset-level reporting and performance analysis across the portfolio.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance review to improve financial visibility.
- Compile and validate data from internal systems to ensure accurate reporting.
- Help monitor key metrics related to property operations and financial health.
- Collaborate with property management and internal teams to support ongoing asset strategies.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with financial or operational data.
- Proficiency with Excel and the ability to build clear, accurate reports.
- Comfort working with numbers, attention to detail, and strong organization.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience in asset management, real estate finance, or related fields is a plus.
