About the Role
Prosper Ford is hiring an experienced Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) to help lead our sales team in Prosper, Texas. In this role, you’ll drive sales performance, deliver an exceptional customer buying experience, and support a positive, high-energy dealership culture.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales professionals to build a strong, high-performing team
- Ensure customers are supported and satisfied throughout the sales process
- Manage sales traffic and set appointments to keep the pipeline full
- Assist with take-turns and closing to convert opportunities into sales
- Prepare and present sales reports to upper management
- Help enforce dealership safety and security standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales leadership or assistant management
- Strong coaching and team-building skills
- Ability to manage appointment flow and sales process execution
- Comfort working with sales reporting and performance metrics
- Commitment to customer service and a safe work environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $6,000–$10,000 per month (paid semi-monthly), converted to annual range: $72,000–$120,000
