About the Role
We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our bakery leadership pipeline and help develop into a future Bakery Operations Manager. In this hands-on role, you’ll support day-to-day bakery operations with urgency, accuracy, and strong accountability—while building the leadership skills to run a bakery independently when needed.
This position is based at our flagship location in Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities
- Execute core bakery operations including inventory rotation and operational administrative checklists
- Support scheduling and staffing coordination to keep production running smoothly
- Maintain strict adherence to product quality standards and operational procedures
- Serve as an extension of the Bakery Operations Manager and step in when full ownership is required
- Support team leadership and talent development through day-to-day coaching
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, hands-on operational environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
- Comfort supporting schedules, staffing coordination, and inventory-related tasks
- Willingness to learn and grow into increasing leadership responsibilities
