About the Role
AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Program Manager with advanced Japanese language skills to support our Application Security organization. In this role, you will coordinate code hygiene and operational ownership initiatives, helping teams execute with clarity, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead program planning and execution for application security operational ownership and code hygiene efforts
- Facilitate team meetings and ensure alignment across PMO teams and stakeholders
- Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, status reporting, and key artifacts
- Manage change initiatives and drive adoption of process improvements
- Track progress, risks, and key results (OKRs), and communicate updates to leadership
Requirements
- 8+ years of program management experience
- Advanced Japanese fluency (to collaborate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders)
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience running cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes
