About the Role
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain automation frameworks that improve software quality and accelerate delivery. This is a full-time Direct W2 role with 100% remote work across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable QA automation frameworks and supporting utilities
- Develop and maintain automated test suites across relevant applications and platforms
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define test strategy and quality gates
- Improve reliability of test runs through debugging, refactoring, and test stabilization
- Contribute to CI/CD integration for automated testing and reporting
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in QA automation or related roles
- Strong experience building automation frameworks and maintaining test infrastructure
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, EAD holder, or H-1B transfer candidate preferred; no new H-1B sponsorship available for this role
