About the Role
Acura of Highland Park, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is looking for an energetic Automotive Service Greeter to deliver a welcoming, professional experience for every guest. You’ll be the first point of contact and help ensure a smooth flow from arrival to departure in our service department.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally when they arrive at the service department.
- Direct guests to the right service advisor or to the appropriate waiting area.
- Support traffic flow in the service drive by coordinating with advisors, porters, and technicians.
- Answer basic questions and provide friendly, helpful information.
- Maintain cleanliness and a polished appearance in the service drive, customer waiting area, and shared spaces.
