About the Role
Cortica is hiring compassionate Behavior Technicians to support children with neurodevelopmental differences. In this naturalistic, play-based ABA role, you’ll help deliver meaningful, life-changing care while building a career with purpose, growth, and strong team support.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on behavior support using naturalistic, play-based ABA strategies
- Work with clinicians and caregivers to support each child’s goals
- Implement treatment plans and track progress as directed
- Maintain a supportive, patient-centered approach during sessions
Requirements
- Compassion for children and commitment to positive outcomes
- Ability to follow structured plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to complete fully paid training and certification
Benefits
- Pay range: $22.80–$30.59 per hour (based on experience and education)
