About the Role
Apara Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our McKinney Center team. In this role, you’ll help design meaningful, individualized ABA programs and support children and families while working alongside a collaborative clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide caregiver training and ongoing family support
- Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs/BTs
- Review and analyze behavioral data to guide and adjust interventions
- Partner with a supportive clinical team to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and applicable state licensure
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
