About the Role
We’re seeking an Advanced Business Analyst to support data visualization, reporting, and business insights across teams. In this role, you’ll build and sustain Power BI dashboards, analyze data to drive decisions, and help improve processes while supporting cross-functional project communication.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain reporting and database support that helps employees learn standards, procedures, designs, and related issues
- Conduct strategic research, analyze data, interpret results, and recommend practical solutions
- Partner with business units to communicate project needs and support alignment across stakeholders
- Design, test, and debug Power BI dashboards and reports based on functional specifications, program specs, or prototypes
- Contribute to organizational performance by supporting high-quality outcomes and core company values
Requirements
- Experience building and supporting Power BI dashboards and reports
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
- Familiarity with project management concepts and process improvement
- Working knowledge of SharePoint for supporting documentation and collaboration
