About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to help improve business operations and support smarter, data-driven decisions. In this role, you’ll analyze processes, uncover opportunities for optimization, and partner with cross-functional teams to advance key business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities
  • Collect, organize, and interpret data to inform decision-making
  • Create reports, dashboards, and clear business documentation
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to understand needs and priorities

Requirements

  • Experience with business analysis or a related role (internship or entry-level experience considered)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with data reporting and visualization (tools may include Excel and BI platforms)
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with stakeholders
  • Ability to document findings clearly and support process improvement initiatives
