About the Role
Zipline is looking for a Business Operations Lead to help scale and optimize the operational systems that power our autonomous logistics network. You’ll support cross-functional teams to ensure we deliver critical supplies quickly, reliably, and efficiently—at global scale.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve operational processes that support business execution across teams
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate planning, reporting, and operational cadence to keep initiatives on track
- Support data-driven decision-making by translating operational needs into actionable insights
- Contribute to operational strategy and help implement scalable workflows as the business grows
Requirements
- Proven experience in business operations, program management, or a related operations role
- Strong analytical skills with comfort working with metrics and performance indicators
- Excellent cross-functional communication and the ability to influence without authority
- Experience improving processes in fast-moving environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail
