About the Role
Microsoft’s Worldwide Devices & Services (WDS) organization helps customers discover and choose the right Windows devices through seamless, curated omnichannel experiences. Within WDS, Worldwide Go-to-Market (WW GTM) aligns customer and partner insights with growth investments and scalable execution to support sales teams in achieving financial commitments.
As the Channel & Partner Marketing Director for Surface and Microsoft 365, you will lead a major global marketing organization focused on elevating the customer voice and building scalable programs that enable sales.
Responsibilities
- Own global channel and partner marketing strategy for Surface and Microsoft 365, ensuring alignment to WW GTM growth bets and investment plans.
- Develop and scale omnichannel marketing motions that strengthen partner engagement and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate customer and partner insights into go-to-market execution that supports sales performance.
- Lead planning, program development, and execution across markets to deliver on key KPIs and financial commitments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging, audience targeting, and campaign effectiveness across channels.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in channel and partner marketing, with a track record of scaling programs globally.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and go-to-market execution.
- Ability to use customer and partner insights to shape strategy, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, product, and marketing teams.
- Experience working with consumer and productivity ecosystems (Surface and Microsoft 365 preferred).
