About the Role
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a cleared Business Analyst and Tester to support mission-focused work for U.S. federal clients. In this role, you’ll help teams analyze business needs, validate requirements, and support testing activities that improve enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and use cases
- Support test planning, including defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria
- Assist with validation activities to confirm solutions meet mission and operational expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve delivery quality
Requirements
- Active security clearance (cleared role)
- Experience as a business analyst and/or tester supporting enterprise applications
- Strong requirements documentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to develop testable criteria and support validation efforts
- Experience working in federal or similarly regulated environments is preferred
