About the Role
ZOLL is focused on improving patient outcomes and helping save lives through innovative medical technologies. In the Resuscitation division, we deliver lifesaving products and software to EMS, hospitals, public safety, and military customers worldwide. As a Clinical Deployment Specialist, you’ll help ensure our solutions are implemented effectively and support clinical teams with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the deployment of clinical technologies in the field
- Provide clinical guidance and training to customers during implementation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deployments meet customer and clinical needs
- Assist with onboarding activities, documentation, and deployment readiness
- Act as a clinical resource to help maximize proper use of ZOLL products
Requirements
- Experience in a clinical environment (such as EMS, hospital, or related healthcare setting)
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to travel as needed to support deployments
- Comfort working with medical technology and learning new systems
- Must reside in the United States (remote role)
