About the Role
AtriCure is seeking a Commission Analyst to support accurate sales compensation processing. In this role, you’ll help ensure commissions are calculated correctly, aligned with company policies, and delivered on time for our sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Review and audit commission data to verify accuracy and completeness.
- Support the commission calculation process and validate results against plan rules.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain documentation for commission processes, logic, and reporting.
- Generate and review commission-related reports to support forecasting and reconciliation.
- Assist with system updates and process improvements to strengthen controls.
Requirements
- Experience working with commission plans, sales compensation, or related analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot data issues.
- Proficiency with Excel and comfortable working with large datasets.
- Clear communication skills to collaborate across teams and explain findings.
- Knowledge of basic accounting or finance concepts is preferred.
