About the Role
We’re seeking a Communications Vice President to own and drive communications strategy for major firm moments, including mergers and acquisitions and fundraising announcements. Working closely with the Head of Corporate Affairs in the Americas, you’ll collaborate across Europe and Asia to strengthen the firm’s profile and support cross-functional initiatives such as integrated marketing campaigns and public affairs projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead proactive and reactive media relations, including story development, pitching, and building durable relationships with journalists
- Develop and execute communications plans for M&A, fundraises, and other high-impact firm announcements
- Create clear, polished communications materials and support internal and external stakeholders with timely messaging
- Partner with colleagues across regions to ensure consistent, high-quality communications across markets
Requirements
- Proven experience leading media relations and corporate communications strategy
- Strong ability to manage communications for complex, time-sensitive transactions (e.g., M&A and fundraising)
- Excellent writing and executive-level messaging skills
- Comfort working cross-functionally and coordinating with global teams
