About the Role
Grail Talent is seeking an Influencer Creator Talent Manager to help our creators grow their audiences and monetize their content. You’ll use our in-house tools plus your own expertise to guide career development, build creator strategy, and secure brand and label opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and scale an influencer portfolio by supporting platform growth and securing brand deals
- Source, scout, and sign new creators across emerging and established audiences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies to book campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape growth strategy and expand the talent roster
- Operate independently with flexible, remote-friendly scheduling
Requirements
- Strong familiarity with major social platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously
- Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or sales/marketing agencies is a plus
