Customer Lifecycle Marketer (AI-Augmented) | Remote

About the Role

We’re looking for a technical Customer Lifecycle Marketer to help launch and scale our AI-driven customer communication strategy. You’ll serve as the pilot for our AI outbound agent to support customer acquisition, while also designing new AI agents that automate and personalize retention and lifecycle campaigns.

This role sits at the intersection of demand generation, customer retention, and artificial intelligence. You’ll need to think beyond traditional copywriting or analytics and operate AI systems to deliver high-quality, human-like engagement at scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize our existing outbound AI agent to drive acquisition performance
• Design, test, and iterate new AI agents for lifecycle retention and engagement automation
• Coordinate lifecycle messaging across the customer journey to improve retention outcomes
• Ensure AI-driven communications are personalized, relevant, and aligned with brand standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect campaign goals with measurable results

Requirements

• Experience in lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or customer engagement strategy
• Strong technical aptitude with AI tools or automation workflows (agent-based systems preferred)
• Ability to translate customer insights into campaign strategies and performance improvements
• Comfort working with data and iterating based on results
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to craft compelling messaging
