About the Role
Mom’s Meals is hiring upbeat, people-first Customer Service Representatives to be the friendly voice customers hear when they place meal orders. This is a mission-driven role where you’ll help clients get the support they need while learning and growing with a national healthcare leader.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls
- Assist customers with meal order-related questions and support needs
- Provide courteous, accurate information while delivering a great customer experience
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
- Ability to learn company processes and systems quickly
- Comfort working Monday–Friday during scheduled business hours
Benefits
- Starting wage of $17.00/hour with weekly pay
- PTO and benefits available after 30 days of employment
- Opportunities for overtime starting at 7:00am when needed
