About the Role
Mem0 is building the memory layer for AI agents—helping systems retain long-term context, learn from interactions, and improve over time. We power millions of enterprise AI interactions and an open-source community of 150,000+ developers. As a Developer Relations professional, you’ll own developer experience and help grow our community around Mem0’s open-source project and API platform.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in San Francisco, California, reporting directly to the co-founder leading Growth & Community, with close collaboration across Engineering and Product.
Responsibilities
- Own developer experience for the open-source project and API platform, identifying friction points and improving usability
- Drive community growth through outreach, engagement, and developer-focused programs
- Partner with Engineering and Product to translate developer feedback into actionable improvements
- Support documentation and educational content to help developers integrate Mem0 effectively
- Coordinate with the team to represent Mem0 in the open-source community and developer ecosystem
Requirements
- Strong experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, or community-focused technical roles
- Comfort working with technical teams and communicating clearly with developers
- Experience building or improving developer-facing documentation, guides, or onboarding materials
- Ability to gather feedback from the community and turn it into product and engineering priorities
