About the Role
Join our Cyber Rapid Innovation organization as a Director of Cybersecurity Engineering. You’ll serve as an enterprise-wide point of contact and subject matter expert for emerging technologies and help guide how new capabilities strengthen our overall security posture. You’ll also connect with the broader cybersecurity industry to stay ahead of trends and translate innovation into practical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end proof of concept (PoC) initiatives for the CISO organization
- Partner with vendors, internal peers, and industry stakeholders to evaluate emerging security technologies
- Oversee engineering and implementation of complex security solutions and enhancements
- Act as a liaison between the company and the cyber community to share insights and inform security strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience leading cybersecurity engineering efforts, including PoCs and technology evaluations
- Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture and how emerging tools impact security programs
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, innovation-focused environment
Work Location
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office
- Based in Rahway, NJ
