About the Role
Axon is seeking a Director of Video Production to help tell the story of our mission—Protect Life. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee high-impact video content that informs and inspires law enforcement agencies, city leaders, and the public through product launches, events, customer stories, and executive communications.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production strategy, from concept development through final delivery
- Manage and coordinate production teams, vendors, and creative partners to ensure quality and timeliness
- Develop storytelling that clearly communicates product value and mission impact
- Oversee planning for campaigns spanning trade shows, keynotes, and customer-focused content
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align messaging, brand, and creative direction
- Continuously improve workflows, standards, and production capabilities
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in video production (creative and operational)
- Strong understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience producing content for product, corporate, and customer audiences
