About the Role
Mercer Advisors is seeking a Director of Product Management to help shape the Advisor Experience. In this role, you’ll work to amplify how our advisors serve clients by improving the products and workflows that support day-to-day service delivery.

Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and roadmap development for advisor-facing experiences
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, user journeys, and success metrics
- Translate customer and business needs into clear product priorities and actionable plans
- Drive ongoing iteration based on feedback, data insights, and operational outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment across product, technology, and business teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management with experience leading at the director level
- Strong understanding of user-centered product development and go-to-market thinking
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and influence outcomes
- Comfort using data and feedback to guide roadmap decisions
