About the Role
Join All American Facility Maintenance in Sunrise as a Dispatcher supporting our South Florida service team. You’ll coordinate daily work by creating and managing work orders, scheduling technicians efficiently, and ensuring client needs are captured and prioritized correctly.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and dispatch work orders in our dispatch software, ensuring requests are logged accurately and prioritized appropriately.
- Route and schedule electricians and maintenance technicians to job sites across the South Florida region, optimizing for fast response times.
- Handle inbound calls, determine whether requests are emergency or routine, and provide initial phone-based troubleshooting support.
- Monitor and track required parts, materials, and specialty tools for daily maintenance activities.
- Order supplies and ensure technicians are stocked with the materials and tools needed to complete assigned work.
Requirements
- Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or coordinating field service work (preferred).
- Strong phone communication skills and the ability to gather details quickly during urgent calls.
- Comfort using dispatch or work order software and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests and coordinate resources efficiently.
