About the Role
Join Brivo’s team building our AI platform—services, integrations, and safety guardrails that power natural-language capabilities across our Access Control and Video products. This is a hands-on early career position where you’ll contribute production code from day one while learning how large-scale systems are designed, deployed, and supported.
Responsibilities
- Write and maintain production software that supports AI-powered features
- Collaborate with experienced engineers through design reviews and code reviews
- Build and integrate services that help make building data intelligent and actionable
- Work in a fast-paced environment to deliver improvements to real customer-facing systems
Requirements
- Early career software engineering experience (internship, co-op, or entry-level role)
- Strong fundamentals in building and debugging production code
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies, especially in AI
- Comfort asking thoughtful questions and contributing ideas during reviews
