About the Role
Franklin Energy is seeking an Energy Engineer II to provide expert technical support for multi-family energy solutions. In this role, you’ll help customers and trade partners navigate program requirements and technical needs, using advanced platforms and deep industry knowledge to drive measurable clean energy outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical guidance to customers and trade allies for multi-family projects
- Support program delivery by helping teams interpret requirements, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate next steps

Requirements
- Experience supporting energy efficiency or clean energy projects, ideally in multi-family settings

- Comfort working with program processes, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration
- Effective communication skills for working with customers and trade partners
