About the Role
Join Highland Electric Fleets and help keep electric fleets running reliably. As an EV Field Service Technician, you’ll support customers across the region by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electric vehicle and fleet electrification equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs on EV and fleet electrification systems
- Inspect vehicles and related components to identify issues and recommend corrective actions
- Complete service documentation, including work orders, parts tracking, and maintenance notes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and strong customer communication
- Follow safety procedures and best practices while working in the field
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with electrical systems and/or automotive service and diagnostics
- Comfort working on-site and traveling as needed
- Ability to read technical documentation and use diagnostic tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety and reliable workmanship
