About the Role

Jasper is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO as a trusted strategic partner and operational “force multiplier.” You’ll help the CEO stay focused on high-impact priorities by managing scheduling, communications, travel, and key executive workflows with exceptional discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including meeting coordination, request triage, and deadline tracking
  • Facilitate clear communication between the CEO and internal stakeholders to support efficient collaboration
  • Support executive team cadence, including weekly meetings, brainstorming sessions, and quarterly offsites
  • Own travel planning and external engagement logistics, including contingency planning
  • Prepare CEO materials and organize workflow to keep priorities moving forward
  • Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to maintain momentum on critical initiatives
  • Partner with the Executive Operations team to improve executive support processes
  • Support Board and senior stakeholder engagement by coordinating logistics and preparing meeting materials

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, ideally supporting C-level executives
  • 2–4+ years directly supporting a CEO or Founder is strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable communicating at executive and Board levels
  • Sound independent judgment and the ability to decide what to handle vs. escalate
  • High discretion when managing confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
