Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities in the field to support project execution.
• Monitor purchasing progress, track orders, and help resolve sourcing or delivery issues.

• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and status updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support vendor communication and help facilitate timely delivery of needed items.

Requirements

• Relevant procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience in a field or project environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.
• Clear communication skills for coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively on-site and support project timelines.
