Join the VPFA Office as a Finance & Administration Analyst, supporting financial processes, approvals, reporting, and special projects. You’ll help drive smarter budgeting and decision-making through clear performance metrics and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process expense report and invoice approvals for the VPFA Office
- Review and process purchase requisitions on behalf of VPFA
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support leadership decisions
- Assist with budget development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of golf course operations, including revenue trends, cost control, and budget performance
Requirements
- Experience supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
- Strong attention to detail for approvals and financial documentation
- Ability to translate financial data into clear metrics and insights
- Comfort working on special projects as priorities are assigned by VPFA
