About the Role
Airwallex is seeking a Finance Manager to support our AMER region. You’ll help drive strong financial operations and provide clear insights that enable better decision-making across the business.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage key finance processes for the AMER region, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to forecast, analyze performance, and identify trends
- Support budgeting, planning, and reporting cycles for regional business needs
- Improve financial controls, documentation, and operational efficiency
- Prepare and present financial insights to leadership to support strategic planning
Requirements
- Relevant finance experience, including ownership of reporting, analysis, and planning activities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Comfort with process improvement and maintaining high standards for accuracy
