About the Role
Crooked is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Finance team and support senior leadership with clear, actionable financial reporting. In this role, you’ll help drive budgeting, forecasting, and analysis that strengthens decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly finance reporting and partner with business leaders to explain performance and trends
- Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses
- Coordinate budgeting cycles and provide variance analysis to guide leadership decisions
- Serve as a primary finance partner across teams, translating financial insights into business context
- Support special projects and additional reporting needs as they arise
Requirements
- Experience in finance reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong financial modeling skills for planning and ad hoc analysis
- Comfort partnering cross-functionally and presenting insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
