About the Role
Join the FLT Comptroller, Financial Management team within Commander U.S. Fleet Forces Command. As a Financial Management Analyst, you will support accurate financial reporting and account reference data management across multiple Department of Navy systems, helping enable sound management decisions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain account reference data in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) to establish, update, and manage accounts and lines of accounting
- Run and monitor reporting outputs from N-ERP, Program Budget Information System (PBIS), and Defense Departmental Reporting System – Budget (DDRS-B)
- Coordinate and track monthly posting of field level journal vouchers (FLJVs)
- Extract end-of-month (EOM) financial reports from N-ERP and ADVANA/Jupiter and/or DDRS-B
- Perform end-of-month and end-of-year closeout activities in N-ERP
- Review supporting documentation, complete FLJVs for the BSO, and ensure timely tracking and follow-up
- Use N-ERP and ADVANA/Jupiter to generate financial reports that inform leadership and decision-making
Requirements
- Experience supporting financial management processes, reporting, or budgeting
- Working knowledge of accounting/financial data structures and journal voucher workflows
- Ability to operate enterprise financial systems and produce accurate reports
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage month-end and year-end deadlines
- Clear communication skills for coordinating posting and documentation activities
