About the Role
Cotton Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Food Quality Assurance Coordinator to support the Quality Assurance Lead Coordinator with day-to-day oversight of food quality requirements. In this role, you’ll help ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and internal policies across relevant culinary services and processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily monitoring of food quality control procedures and documentation
- Verify compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and standard operating procedures
- Support QA/QC issue identification and help resolve documentation and process gaps
- Coordinate with compliance agencies as needed to support audits and corrective actions
- Maintain organized records to support traceability, reporting, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience in food quality assurance, food safety, or a related compliance role
- Strong understanding of QA/QC documentation and basic corrective action processes
- Ability to work with regulatory and municipal requirements
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot quality issues
- Effective communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external agencies
