About the Role
C3 AI is looking for a senior technical leader to serve as a Forward Deployed Team Lead for an enterprise customer. In this role, you’ll embed with the customer to take AI initiatives from design through deployment and into real-world production.
Responsibilities
- Own the customer engagement end-to-end for a single commercial or enterprise account
- Combine technical architecture with hands-on coding to deliver customer outcomes
- Act as a product owner by translating customer needs into actionable delivery plans
- Manage projects and timelines while coordinating with internal and customer stakeholders
- Provide clear, consistent communication across technical and business teams
- Work directly with the customer to move the product from concept to production readiness
Requirements
- Strong experience designing enterprise technical solutions and translating architecture into implementation
- Proficiency with hands-on development and building production-grade systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive progress with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience owning customer-facing delivery, including requirements, execution, and communication
- Comfort working in an embedded, customer-collaborative environment
