About the Role
C3 AI is seeking a senior technical leader to join our Forward Deployed Team. In this role, you will partner closely with an enterprise customer and take full responsibility for delivering value—from early design through successful production deployment.
Responsibilities
- Own an end-to-end customer engagement for a single enterprise account
- Blend technical architecture with hands-on coding to implement customer solutions
- Act as a product owner by driving requirements, execution, and measurable outcomes
- Manage project delivery, timelines, and day-to-day execution with clear communication
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to remove blockers and ensure successful rollout
- Embed with the customer team to accelerate adoption and operational readiness
Requirements
- Strong technical background with experience designing and delivering enterprise software solutions
- Hands-on coding ability and comfort working through technical implementation details
- Demonstrated project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience owning delivery end-to-end for a customer or commercial engagement
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment
