About the Role
Join Core Specialty’s team as a Full-Stack Software Engineer supporting our insurance platform built on Duck Creek. You’ll help design, configure, and extend core insurance capabilities that power Policy, Billing, and Claims workflows—delivering scalable, compliant products across the platform ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Configure and extend Duck Creek platform components to support business needs
- Implement and enhance business logic for rules, forms, transactions, and APIs
- Integrate insurance workflows with enterprise systems using modern integration patterns
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA, and integration teams to deliver features end to end
- Apply industry best practices to ensure solutions are reliable, secure, and maintainable
Requirements
- Experience building and extending applications across the full stack
- Knowledge of API development and integration concepts
- Ability to work effectively in a regulated insurance domain (policy, billing, claims) or a closely related environment
- Authorization to work for any employer
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office / 2 remote) from Cincinnati, OH
