Global Supply Manager (GPU/Accelerators) — Starlink | Full-Time Onsite

About the Role

SpaceX is seeking a Global Supply Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing and supplier management for next-generation GPUs and AI accelerators used in Starlink’s large-scale training clusters. This role partners closely with engineering teams to shape long-term commodity strategy and ensure reliable, high-velocity supply at SpaceX scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the sourcing strategy for GPU and AI accelerator commodities, from planning through delivery
• Partner with responsible engineers to define commodity roadmaps and technology requirements
• Build and maintain approved vendor lists and manage supplier relationships globally
• Negotiate agreements that secure supply, performance, and commercial terms
• Deploy and improve predictive supply chain processes to anticipate constraints and demand
• Drive supplier co-innovation to reduce risk and improve availability of critical components
• Use procurement insights to turn sourcing into a strategic advantage for the program

Requirements

• Experience owning global sourcing and supplier management for high-tech or hardware-focused supply chains
• Strong ability to develop multi-year commodity strategies and vendor roadmaps
• Proven negotiation skills for large, complex, or high-demand technology supply agreements
• Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and finance stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with experience using supply chain planning and forecasting tools
