About the Role
Giving Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate skilled Home Health Nurse (RN or LPN) to deliver in-home patient care in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes according to a physician-established plan of care
- Deliver compassionate, patient-first support while maintaining professional standards
- Collaborate with the care team to help ensure continuity of care
- Monitor and respond to patient needs in a home setting
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license
- Experience providing home health or skilled nursing care (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while following the care plan
