About the Role
As an IME Quality Analyst for Auto & Liability, you’ll help ensure every medical file referral and completed report meets client and department standards. You’ll review work for completeness, accuracy, and appropriate responses to client questions—supporting a smooth, high-quality experience for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality audits of reports and accompanying medical records to confirm reports are complete and client questions are addressed.
- Verify documentation accuracy and consistency with established department requirements.
- Follow up as needed to resolve gaps, clarify findings, and ensure deliverables meet quality expectations.
- Maintain a positive, client-focused mindset while supporting team goals.
Requirements
- Experience reviewing medical or clinical documentation with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to assess completeness and accuracy against stated requirements.
- Strong written communication skills for documenting review outcomes and follow-ups.
- Comfort working in a structured quality-review workflow.
