About the Role
Canals is looking for an Implementation Engineer to help wholesale distributors connect their ERP systems with Canals. You’ll work directly with customers to ensure integrations run smoothly and support mission-critical workflows across order processing, purchasing, and accounts payable.
Responsibilities
- Implement and support ERP integrations for platforms such as Eclipse, P21, and Infor
- Coordinate onboarding activities with customers to map requirements to integration workflows
- Troubleshoot integration issues and work with internal teams to resolve them
- Validate data flows and ensure reliable syncing between systems
- Document integration configurations and provide clear implementation guidance
Requirements
- Experience implementing or supporting ERP integrations (Eclipse, P21, Infor, or similar)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for API, data, and workflow issues
- Comfort working with integration concepts such as mapping, data validation, and sync logic
- Ability to communicate technical details clearly to customers and teammates
