About the Role
Actual HomeCare, LLC is seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team during an interim period with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role. This position starts as interim part-time (20–30 hours/week) and may move to full-time hybrid employment based on agency needs and a mutual fit.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for nursing services
- Support care coordination and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and agency policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth operations during the transition
- Serve as a dependable point of contact for clinical priorities
Requirements
- Experience in nursing leadership or a comparable clinical management role
- Strong knowledge of home care clinical practices and regulatory expectations
- Ability to manage priorities and lead effectively in a transitional environment
- Professional communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
Benefits
- Compensation of $85,000–$100,000 annually if full-time (prorated during the interim period)
