About the Role
DV Trading is seeking a Junior Trader with fixed income experience to join our trading team in Northfield, Illinois. This position is designed for someone who has hands-on experience on a relative value trading desk and is ready to help support liquidity and hedging opportunities across global markets.
Responsibilities
- Assist with relative value trading activities across fixed income instruments
- Monitor market conditions and support trade ideas using established risk management practices
- Collaborate with senior traders and risk teams to evaluate opportunities and exposures
- Contribute to ongoing analysis and documentation of trading performance
Requirements
- Experience trading fixed income products, ideally on a relative value desk
- Strong understanding of market drivers and basic valuation concepts
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with disciplined risk awareness
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
